Looking for a Wedding Photographer in Portugal?

I got you.

My approach is a little different

What comes to mind first when you look at yourself in a photo you like? How you had to pose or how were you feeling?

I believe emotions play a big part in how we look at ourselves in photos, so I don't rely on static poses that are not true to yourselves as a couple.

Anyone can pose you in front of a beautiful background and take a photo, but capturing the love, vulnerability, rawness, nervous hands and smiles, the tears and laughs is something that only those like me, who actively search for it, can.

During your day, I will capture the key-moments that play a part in your wedding, but I will also capture the small details that make it so special.

I’ll be a fly on the wall sometimes and guide you when needed other times. Expect me to hand you a tissue or a shot - I'll be there for you anytime.

My why —

I’m going to share something personal - after all, if you’re trusting me to capture some of your most valuable memories in life, it’s only right that I share something of mine.

I’ve been a photographer (in the official sense of the word) since 2019 but it was in 2020 that I really understood the importance of photography in life.

I was raised by my grandparents and in 2020 I lost my grandfather, who was the love of my life and my biggest supporter. Within my grief and the strangeness of it, I’ve searched for all the photos I could find of him and re-watched every single video I’ve made in the last years. To get one last moment, one last chance to relive it all.

When all seems upside down, memories are what keep us going, and the reason why I do what I do. Photography is what brings us those memories.

ASKED
QUESTIONS

How would you describe your photography style?

I'm a documentary wedding photographer. That means I’ll capture your day as it happened - the laughs, the tears, the small details, the chaos and big feelings - so when you look through your gallery you can relive it over and over again, in a genuine way.

Can we have access to the RAWs / unedited images?

No. Editing is the language of the photographer and no product is complete without it. The same way you wouldn’t want to purchase a cake just for the baker to hand you the ingredients, you wouldn’t want huge files that are only information waiting to be processed by editing software.

OK, SOUNDS PERFECT
